Swap Outs

We can supply a swap out service for any ITC device including:

Eftpos Terminals
Printer
PC towers
Monitors
Switches, wireless units and more.

With our experience we fault find on site first. This may be checking power is on, phone line works including placing an ADSL splitter to test for internet interference.

We can also stock extra leads and ADSL splitters should the end user require these.

We aim to fix all call outs in one go as this reduces your costs greatly as well as keeping the end user a happy customer.

With Security becoming a big issue for Eftpos and special printers we are setup to provide security licensed personnel for your swapouts.

ASSET Management

We can provide a range of asset management services where we can track and trace all terminals and devices. This can include if a device has been repaired more than the requested times. It can then be pulled from service and investigated further or replaced. We plan to utilise mobile app's to our advantage to have up to date information on all calls and equipment location.
